I want you to be completely happy with your commissioned artwork. That's why i offer a satisfaction guarantee on our sketches. Once you have commissioned a piece of art from us, we will send you updates as the sketch progresses for your approval. You can request as many changes as you need until you are completely happy with the design.   You do not have to pay anything until you approve the sketch. If you choose to cancel, simply reply to the email with the sketch attached and let us know that you would like to cancel the commission.

 

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your commissioned artwork, so we offer this satisfaction guarantee as a peace of mind along with a referral fee.

Here is how it works:

Commission a sketched 8.5" x 11" photograph.

To commission a sketched photograph, please send us an email with the following information:

1. Your name and contact information.

2. A photo of the person or subject you would like sketched. Please ensure the best lighting and highest pixel range for best resuts. 

3. Once you approve the sketch, I will begin working on the portrait. Please feel free to request as many changes to the sketch as you like until you are completely satisfied. Once approved for the finalization, no further changes will be possible, (curing).  The curing is a sealant, or fix it all that  is placed on each portrait to protect it from damage and deterioration. This curing can slightly darken the portrait. Each sketch is drawn lighter to accompany this process.

4. During the sketch process, I  will send you the progress of your order for your approval before we begin working on the next stage,

5. Once you approve the sketch, payment is due.

6. If you change your mind, or are not satisfied  with the sketch for any reason during the editing progress and before your approval, simply reply to the email with the sketch attached and let us know that you would like to cancel the commission.. You will pay nothing. 

7. The cost of an animal portrait (without frame) is $150.00. ($50.00 is dontated to local animal shelters) Mailing within the United States is an additional $12.00.  Door front / secured location delivery is free within 5 miles of zip code 77478. 

8. The cost of a portrait (without frame) is $150.00.  Mailing within the United States is an additional $12.00. Next day mailing within the United States is an additional $40.00. USPS rate.

9. You will receive $20.00 USD referral fee for any completed, approved and paid sketch, video prroject, or photography project that is completeed and referred by you.
